MPW Industrial Services has named Tim Dondero general manager of its industrial water division, which serves customers in 44 states and three Canadian provinces with a fleet of more than 300 mobile trailers.
Dondero joined MPW in 2013 as director of plant services. In 2015 he was promoted to director of operations, responsible for plant services, field services and logistics.
“Tim possesses a wide range of experience in meeting the water treatment needs of industrial customers,” said Jared Black, MPW’s president. “He has managed our regeneration plants, the people who provide service at customer locations and the process that delivers our technology on a timely and reliable basis.”
With a 24/7 dispatch center, MPW can mobilize trailers within two hours from a network of plants in Newark, Ohio; Sedalia, Mo.; Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; and Port Arthur, Texas. A fifth plant, in Georgetown, S.C., will open later this year.
Capabilities include deionization, reverse osmosis, media filtration and ultrafiltration. In addition, MPW introduced last year the industry’s first combination ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis mobile trailer.
“I am delighted to lead the most responsive and innovative team in the industrial water business,” said Dondero. “Moreover, I am delighted to work with industry-leading clients in generating the purified water critical to their processes.”
Before MPW, Dondero worked at Sherwin Williams for 18 years, where he held positions in corporate purchasing, plant management and acquisitions. Dondero earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio, and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
