Congratulations to MPW driver Kevin Hardy who surpassed 1 million miles in his MPW career in October. Hardy, who has worked for the company for 11 years, is based out of MPW’s Industrial Water Service Center in Sedalia, Mo. Hardy said his favorite parts about working for MPW are the modern, well-kept equipment and making his own hours. He offered some valuable advice to newer drivers.
“Don’t be in a rush because that’s when you start making mistakes,” he said. “And always be aware of your surroundings. You only get one chance to do things the right way when you’re driving a big rig.”
Hardy received a cash bonus, his name on the Driver Appreciation Wall in Hebron, a certificate from Monte Black and MPW’s Transportation Safety Department (formerly DOT) and a crystal award.
