Letter from Monte Black
Dear MPW Associate:
I’m delighted to announce two organizational changes that will position MPW for continued growth into the foreseeable future.
Jared Black
Jared Black has been named President of MPW with oversight responsibility for all our businesses and staff functions. He will report directly to me. AND NO, I’M NOT LEAVING THE ORGANIZATION!
As many of you know, in more than 11 years with MPW, Jared has distinguished himself in a variety of roles. He has successfully grown our industrial water business since he was named General Manager in 2008. In addition, Jared has played a key role in raising the level of our company’s technical expertise, also serving as General Manager of fabrication and engineering since 2011. Furthermore, Jared led the planning and development of our new water regeneration plant in South Carolina and our new engineering and technology building, both of which are scheduled to open next year.
Jared will continue to manage the Industrial Water Division.
Jim Neville
Jim Neville will become Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a new position for MPW. Jim has been with MPW since 2002, starting as General Manager of the Container Management Division. Through the years Jim has worked with each of our operating divisions in various capacities, and has built lasting relationships with our most valued customers.
Jim’s primary responsibility will be to effectively combine sales and marketing in order to cross-sell our many products and services to both new and existing customers. Jim’s understanding of MPW will serve us well as we look for geographic expansion and robust growth in the years ahead. We believe MPW can become a one-source solution in a number of areas important to industrial companies looking to simplify their supplier base.
Please join me in congratulating Jared and Jim. And join me in supporting them in their new roles as our company continues to evolve in meeting the changing needs of the industrial marketplace.
Monte Black
