MPW has perfected the high-pressure cleaning process by investing in qualified technicians and a broad fleet of diesel-powered high-pressure pumps and ancillary equipment. MPW custom-built pumps enable pressure capabilities to peak between 10,000 and 20,000 p.s.i. with high volume capabilities.
High-pressure cleaning applications range from residue removal, brick and concrete restoration, to removing tenacious mill scale deposits, calcides, and rust and sludge from interior shells of boilers, piping, line heaters, heat exchangers, condensers, fin fans, emission tubes, containers and tanks. By adding a splitter to our hydroblast equipment, multiple guns can be used to increase production. MPW boasts proprietary and patented tooling that enable our technicians to clean cyclones, smelt beds, and vessels without entry.
MPW engineers and fabricators custom design nozzles and components in-house for variable flow rates and traverse speeds to allow for uniform, full surface coverage at high productivity rates. Innovations in the design of semi-automated high-pressure rotary tooling enable MPW to custom build versatile cleaning systems suited for specialized cleaning applications within a variety of industries. |
