Services : Hydroblasting
MPW boasts proprietary and patented tooling that enable our technicians to clean cyclones, smelt beds, and vessels without entry. MPW engineers and fabricators custom design nozzles and components in-house for variable flow rates and traverse speeds to allow for uniform, full surface coverage at high productivity rates. Innovations in the design of semi-automated high-pressure rotary tooling enable MPW to custom build versatile cleaning systems suited for specialized cleaning applications within a variety of industries.
Pressure Washing MPW's fleet of pressure washing trucks are equipped with optional hot water usage, cleaner/degreaser pumps, and multiple gun capabilities, creating an unmatched cleaning force. Heavy dirt, grime and grease are effortlessly removed from off-road equipment and heavy industrial inventory. Concrete and brick take on a whole new appearance after graffiti vandalism or fire and soot are removed through pressure washing capabilities. MPW highly-trained technicians safely remove unsightly mold, salt, bubble gum, oil stains and signs of neglect from flat work such as parking garages, service bays and loading docks. MPW's vacuum recovery system addresses the environmental concerns associated with effluent generated from pressure washing activities. Lancing MPW's highly skilled technicians engage lancing operations to remove the most adherent scale deposits within a variety of I.D process piping. MPW's lancing operations provide for a safe and consistent cleaning of main condensers boilers, heat exchanger tubes, evaporator tubes, bundles, and small I.D. process piping. Custom-built pumps enable pressure capabilities to peak between 10,000 and 40,000 p.s.i. with volume capabilities up to 22 gpm, reducing utilization costs and effluent generation. MPW can match the ideal nozzle and spray pattern for various lancing applications. To accommodate large volume applications and tube patterns, an ultra-high pressure pump and dual-lance operation are used to increase p.s.i., allowing two MPW operators to lance simultaneously, providing optimal cleaning. Crews frequently complete work ahead of schedule and under budget. Safety is enhanced when an anti-withdrawal device protects the operator and allows for full control of length, speed and directional travel around bends. The nozzle remains enclosed and controlled at all times.
